The condo was beautifully furnished with cool whites and pastels. The beds were large and comfortable. The ocean views were amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beach was peaceful and great for shell collecting. The pool was perfect for kids to splash around. Pelicans Roost exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Not one thing.

The size of the unit was perfect for my family. The unit had everything needed to make our weekend get away extremely enjoyable.

This hotel is an amazing value for money considering its great location right on the beach. You can find many restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to explore the area. The rooms are well-maintained with many updated features to make your stay extremely comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was a great start to our day.

The view was excellent. Easy access to the beach. The condo had everything you would need for your stay at the beach. Close to the restaurants and shops on the island.

The condominium is realy super and Sanibel island is very very nice, calm and friendly.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. The hotel also provides basic amenities and a delicious breakfast to start your day on a good note. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, making it a great value for money.

Like that is in front of the beach and the apartment was very nice.

Quiet very relaxing, room was great. Beautiful view from your room and the beach was amazing with sandy/shells everywhere. I recommend everyone to this beautiful condo with all the amenities. Karl the Maintenance Manager was friendly and courtious (he checked us in). We even barbecued next to the pond and pool. You don't have to walk far from your car to the room and beach. Very clean with everything there ready for your stay. Beautiful decor and not outdated. We had an excellent time and we'll be back soon!

They can supply lounge chairs to the hotel. It was ok cause there were chairs, umbrellas and even toys for kids. They thought about it all but it would be great to have lounge chairs to relax on the beach, even nap listening to the sound of the pelican, birds and waves.

We had an amazing stay on the Gulf Front in this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. We had no problem with parking and transportation was easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the rare event that we needed anything, we found everything we needed in a regular grocery store.

Pelican's Roost is a very nice place to stay. For families with children or just for mature couples. We highly recommend the Pelican Roost. Leslie (office manager) was very accommodating and helpful. Sanibel Island is the best place in the Gulf beaches to get away or just to relax. We had a great time. Next year we are staying for a longer vacation. Thanks, Orlando and Maria

The beach access was convenient and easily accessible. , the swimming pool was well-maintained and clean. The location was also desirable and within driving distance of several local attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room was in need of some updating and maintenance. The furniture was outdated and the carpets were worn and stained.

Great location. Spacious - great for a family of 4. Love the balcony. Had everything we needed.

I wish the pool would have been on the ocean side, versus behind the condo units. But it was a nice pool so wasn't a problem.

This beachfront hotel provides an ideal location for walks to restaurants and hikes. the proximity to the clean and calm ocean is perfect for relaxation. the spacious suites offer beautifully updated granite countertops and comfortable leather chairs.

Some previous guests complained about outdated suites with rusty appliances.
